Chuck Renner, OTR, CHT
Chuck is the owner of Advantage Hand Therapy & Orthopedic Rehabilitation, LLC. He received his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Kansas in 1984. He became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1991. He also has certifications in the following treatment techniques: Active Release Techniques, ASTYM, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage /Complete Decongestive Therapy. He has been adjunct faculty at Southwest Baptist University's Physical Therapy Program from 1992-2005.
His professional organizations include: American Occupational Therapy Association, American Society of Hand Therapists, Past President of Southwest District Missouri Occupational Therapy Association, and The Missouri Chapter of the American Society of Hand Therapists.
In his spare time Chuck enjoys fly fishing, running and hiking. He is a martial arts enthusiast practicing Karate and teaching Aikido. He is married to Cathy and has 6 children.

Mary Reuterfors, MA, OTR, CHT
Mary is an Occupational Therapist and has specialized in hand therapy for the past 25 years. She graduated from the University of Illinois in Occupational Therapy and subsequently earned a graduate degree from Texas Woman's University in Denton Texas. She became a certified hand therapist in 1992 and has continued to maintain continuous certification. She is also licenced by the State of Missouri and NBCOT and is an associate member of the American Association of Hand Surgery.
Mary has been active professionally on the state and national level. She has been Treasurer and President of the Missouri Chapter of the American Society of Hand Therapists. She has also participated in the development of ASHT's clinical guidelines for Distal Radial Fracutre and deQuervain's Tenosynovitis. She is currently on the Advisory Board for the Ozark Branch of the MS Society. She continues to coordinate the Southwest Missouri Hand Club for the past 10 years to educated therapists in the region. Mary has been director of the Occupational Therapy departments at St. John's and Cox North Hospitals. She has worked directly with hand surgeons for 12 years at Ozarks Area Orthopedic Association.

Dee Sheridan, OTR
Dee received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Central Missouri State University in 1994. She went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Newman University where she received her Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy in 1998. Dee has worked both in school systems and with the elderly. She enjoys working with patients that have sustained injuries such as fractures and overuse injuries.
In her spare time Dee enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog Sadie. She enjoys running and competitive racing and is currently remodeling her house.

Krista Haugland MA, OTR
In 1999, Krista graduated with her Master Degree in Occupational Therapy from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. She has extensive knowledge and experience in rehabilitation, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
She is PRRT (Primal Release Techniques) & ARCON (Functional Capacity Evaluation) certified.
She moved to the Springfield area in January 2005. Krista and her five year old daughter enjoy spending time cooking, reading, and enjoying the outdoors. Krista also enjoys home projects and spending time with family and friends.
